For Internet Explorer Users:

Version IE 5.0 or Higher
1). Goto Tools Menu, then Internet Options.
2). Choose the Security Tab.
3). Select The Internet Icon.
4). Press the Custom Level Button.
5). In that there will be a setting for cookies. Please enable both the settings under cookies.

Version IE 4.0
1). Goto Tools Menu, then Internet Options.
2). Choose the Security Tab.

For Netscape Users

1). Goto Edit menu, choose Preferences.
